Existing Track and Football Field

A BIT OF HISTORY -The "Wildcat Field of Pride" is desperately needed. There is only one track for over 1400 students in the Crawford County R-II School District. The existing track was built in the 1960s and due to its current state, the school cannot host track events.

Cuba began its football program in 1995 and played its first full varsity season in 1998. With the slightest rain, football games are cancelled because the field does not have a proper drainage system.

Other Advantages of New Track and Field - In addition to the track and football program, other groups such as marching band and physical education classes will use the track and field. The completion of this project will also benefit the community by providing a beautiful facility to host new events, which in turn, increase traffic for local businesses.

Phase I construction is underway but we are now raising funds for Phase II & III. It is exciting to bring the community together to construct a new facility that will be of benefit to both the students and citizens of Cuba.
